At the onset of my coaching career in advanced showjumping, a life-altering accident crushed my back, leaving me unable to walk for over a year and in chronic pain for a decade. Despite the setback, I persevered, delving into biomechanics and personal training to heal myself and get back in the saddle.

Now, as a personal trainer and professional sports coach, I'm committed to helping you on your fitness journey. Whether you're striving to lose weight, improve fitness levels, or manage specific health issues like hypothyroidism or back pain, I tailor programs to suit your needs.
